A group of more than 75 Australian influenza specialists says it is vital GPs, pharmacists and other frontline health care workers get vaccinated once the 2012 flu vaccine is released on March 15 in preparation for this year’s flu season.

12 months after the introduction of Pfizer's direct to pharmacy exclusive supply model, more than half (53%) of the pharmacists casting a vote in this week's AusPharm poll say their feeling towards Pfizer are 'highly antagonistic'. 
Pharmacists are required to maintain accurate and detailed records of all transactions involving S8 medications and have traditionally recorded these in a paper based narcotic register. DD Book is a software application that allows computerisation of this register.
